MissionIBA is strengthening its Procurement organization and is looking for three experiencedSourcing Category Managers, each responsible for one of the following strategic areas:Mechanical Components & SystemsElectrical Components & SystemsThird-Party & Commercial ProcurementAs aSourcing Category Manager, you will define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your category to maximize value, ensure supply continuity, and drive cost optimization while supporting innovation and sustainability.You will lead a team of sourcing professionals and collaborate across the organization to ensure your category strategy supports IBA's operational and strategic goals.Challenges we trust you withTasks & ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement along-term strategyfor your category, aligned with IBA's global procurement objectives.Leadend-to-end sourcing activitiesand key supplier negotiations.Build and maintainstrategic supplier partnershipsto drive performance, innovation, and cost efficiency.Manage and develop ateam of sourcing professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Deliver measurablecost savings and value creation, ensuring compliance with company standards and sustainability goals.What we valueMaster's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experiencein procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management in anindustrialcompanyAt least 3 years in team leadership or people management.Proven track record incategory strategy development and cost optimization.Experience with direct material or commercial categories (mechanical, electrical, or third-party).Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English; French is an asset.Proficiency with procurement systems, ideally SAPOfferThe opportunity todefine and lead the strategyfor one of IBA's key procurement categories.Ahigh-impact rolein a global, innovative, and mission-driven environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package.A chance to contribute to IBA's mission of protecting, improving, and saving lives through technology.The job will be based in Louvain-La-Neuve.#J-*****-Ljbffr
