About UsPrometeon Tyre Group, established in **** as a spin-off from Pirelli, is the only tyre manufacturer fully dedicated to theIndustrial sector: transport of goods and people, Agriculture, and Off-The-Road (OTR).With over8,000 employees from 30 nationalities, 4 manufacturing sites, 4 R&D centers, and a commercial presence in160 countries across 5 continents, we are the trusted partner for high-quality industrial tyres, with a strong focus onperformance and sustainability.Role DescriptionAs part of theCommercial Excellencefunction, you will join theServices Team, supporting the global development and adoption of Prometeon'sdigital services portfolio.This internship offers hands-on experience in amultinational environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist theDigital Product Ownerin daily operations and project activities.Preparereports and presentationson service adoption and performance for senior management.Conductbenchmarking analysison competitor strategies and offerings.Collaborate with thesoftware development teamand other internal functions.Act as a liaison withregional Business Development Managersto address requests and issues related to digital services.What We're Looking ForCurrently pursuing or recently graduated inManagement, Economics, or related fields.Stronganalytical skillsand data-driven mindset.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Excel, PowerPoint).Excellentcommunication skills(written and verbal).Ability to workindependently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment.Familiarity withERP systemsandBusiness Intelligence tools(Oracle BI, Power BI) is a plus.Languages:Fluent in English and Italian;additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience inbusiness analysis or development supportwill be considered a plus.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation Pack: €1,000 + Ticket restaurant.Smart Working: up to 10 days per month, scheduled in agreement with your manager.Adynamic, international environmentwith exposure to global projects.Opportunity todevelop skills in digital services and business development.WE MOVE GOODS, WE MOVE PEOPLE, WE MOVE EMOTIONSJoin US
