Ebury is a global fintech firm dedicated to empowering businesses to expand internationally through tailored and forward-thinking financial solutions.Since our founding in ****, we've grown to a diverse team of over 1,700 professionals across 40+ offices and 29+ markets worldwide.Joining Ebury means becoming part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your contributions are valued.You'll play a key role in shaping the future of cross-border finance, while advancing your own career in a dynamic, high-growth industry.Junior FX StructurerLocation: Milan - Office BasedAs a Foreign Exchange (FX) Structurer you will be responsible for ensuring clients across the EEA receive the most suited FX solution.Responsibilities:Comprehensive FX Exposure Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of clients' FX exposures and existing hedging strategies, accurately assessing their risk profiles.Tailored FX Risk Management Solutions: Design and implement bespoke FX risk management solutions, incorporating a deep understanding of clients' business operations, industry-specific challenges, and the nuances of market dynamics.Advanced Derivative Pricing and Structuring: Utilise sophisticated pricing models to accurately value a wide range of FX derivatives, from vanilla options to complex exotic structures.Develop compelling proposals for customised FX structured products, considering the unique needs and risk tolerances of clients.Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with front office teams, FX dealing, and FX sales professionals, providing expert insights and support to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional FX products and services.Proactive Market Strategy Development: Generate innovative and market-driven trade ideas, recommending strategic pricing and structuring approaches for complex FX derivative products, with a keen focus on opportunities and risks within the financial landscape.Precise and Efficient Trade Execution: Execute complex FX hedges with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients while adhering to all regulatory and compliance standards.Knowledge
