Your RoleWe are looking for an Indirect Tax Accountant who will join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started.Descrizione LavoroThe Global Business Service is a Shared Service Center network that provides accounting services to our global subsidiaries.The EMEA GBS, based in Agordo (BL) is accountable for the following processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data, Indirect Taxes and Balance Sheet Assets for both Italian companies and European subsidiaries.Main ResponsibilitiesMonth end accounting closing activities (VAT postings, reconciliations, checks)Preparation and submission of the fiscal compliances performing key checksManage balance sheet accounts reconciliationAnalysis on fiscal and financial flow, contracts and tax treaties on withholdings taxesContinuously monitor and optimize the company's tax structure across all operating jurisdictions to ensure the most favorable tax treatmentBring improvements for efficiency and give quality to compliancesStay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations across all relevant jurisdictions and adapt the company's tax strategy accordinglyCollaborate with the finance team to ensure the company utilizes simplified accounting procedures and identify areas for improvement or potential risksMaintain accurate documentation, filings, and correspondence with tax authorityAssist in preparing Audit activities for year end with external auditors or in case of Tax AuditsMain RequirementsYou have an Economics, Finance, Administration or Business Management Master's DegreeYou have a minimum of expertise in tax and accountingYou have excellent English knowledge.Any other EMEA languages are considered a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Polish, Arabic ...)You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel addictYou are proactive and you have a problem-solving mindsetYou approach with empathy and act with transparency to ensure integrity, build trust, and promote clear, honest communicationYou believe that without your team nothing is possibleOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.We celebrate diversity and provide equal opportunities to all, regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic that makes us unique.#J-*****-Ljbffr
