Welcome to RhenusAir & Ocean Business UnitRegardless of whether it is a long-distance shipment or a particularly time-critical shipment, we at Rhenus make everything possible for our customers and partners to get the goods to their destination safely and on time.Our particular strength lies in our global network, which is constantly being maintained and expanded.As part of Rhenus Air & Ocean you can, therefore, expect to find a whole host of exciting tasks all over the world, a wide range of opportunities for personal development, and the chance to take on responsibility in an international working environment.Cosa aspettartiRicevere le istruzioni di carico via e-mail, telefono o tramite il team di vendita, aprire il file di spedizione nel sistema operativo.Verificare i costi concordati dal team commerciale e da IncotermSupervisione e supporto al team operativo nella gestione delle spedizioni aeree e nella risoluzione di eventuali criticitàPreparare e documentare le spedizioni in base alle esigenze del cliente (intervalli di temperatura, imballaggio, data logger, ecc.) e in base alle nostre procedureCoordinare il ritiro e il carico della merce solo con i fornitori approvatiControllare i voli delle diverse compagnie aeree ed effettuare la prenotazione in base al tipo di merce, alle dimensioni, alle tariffe, agli orari, ecc. PODInviare le istruzioni per lo sdoganamentoEsaminare e preparare la documentazione speciale a seconda del tipo di merce da esportare/importareMonitorare e aggiornare l'organizzazione/partenza/arrivo/consegna POD.Ottenere e controllare i registri di trasporto (grafici della temperatura, POD, checklist di controllo delle spedizioni)Inviare l'AWB, la conferma di carico e partenza dell'aereo al cliente e/o agente a destinazione insieme a tutta la documentazione necessaria per ricevere la merceInserire le previsioni di spesa nel sistema e predisporre la fattureRisolvere ritardi e incidenti vari con i voli.Comunicare le deviazioni nella procedura/temperatura.Registrare gli incidenti nel registro delle Non-Conformity e comunicarli all'Air Operations ManagerRequisitiMinimo 5 anni di esperienza nel settore delle spedizioni e del trasporto merci via aereaConoscenza dell'inglese fluenteConoscenza dei programmi gestionali legati alle attività operative delle spedizioniCapacità di bilanciare le priorità operative con gli imperativi commercialiCapacità di coordinamento delle attività operative legate al trasporto merci e spedizioniCapacità di comunicare efficacemente in un ambiente multiculturale che opera a livello globaleCapacità di ascoltare attentamente il cliente e di comprenderne le esigenzeCapacità di rispondere al cliente con un'offerta di servizi eccellenteWhat You can expectContinuous Training: Sharpen your skills and advance your expertise with our professional development programs.Great Team: It's truly the people that make the difference - and with us you'll join the best team around.Flat Hierarchies: Get straight through to the decision-makers with our streamlined organizational structure.Room for Innovation: Turn your ideas into action in an environment that champions creativity and empowers you to lead change.Events: From team outings to holiday parties and networking events, we build strong connections by spending quality time together.Quick Decision Processes: Make things happen faster with streamlined processes that promote efficiency and effectiveness.
