Who We AreWe are a fast-growing HR tech startup backed by leading international VCs, having raised €9M+ from 360 Capital, IFF, Kfund, and 14Peaks.We are a team of 30+ professionals passionate about shaping the future of talent assessment.Skillvue is a Skill AI Assessment platform (SaaS) to hire top-skilled candidates and measure employee skill, culture, and leadership at scale to upskill and grow the workforce by leveraging AI.In today's evolving labour market, skills have become the top priority for HR departments and their importance will only continue to grow.Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.About the RoleAs a Financial Controller, you will join the Skillvue team in a key role, providing oversight of the company's financial and administrative management.You will be responsible for:General accounting support: Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including the preparation of financial transactions, reports, and reconciliations.Financial planning and analysis: Collaborating with senior management to manage cash flow, budget, and forecasts, providing timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Financial statements and tax compliance: Coordinating with external consultants for financial statements, tax returns, and ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.Internal controls and auditing: Overseeing and developing internal control systems to ensure financial accuracy, minimize risks, and maintain compliance.Contract monitoring: Ensuring proper issuance and recording of invoices, while also tracking both active and passive contracts.Subsidized projects and funding: Managing and reporting on subsidized projects and funding (e.g., Invitalia, EU funds), ensuring proper financial reporting and compliance with funding guidelines.Certification and compliance: Managing the administrative and documentation aspects related to certifications such as ISO **** and ISO *****.Digitalization of finance processes: Contributing to the digitalization of administrative and finance processes to increase operational efficiency.Cash flow management and treasury: Monitoring the cash flow and overseeing daily financial transactions to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.What We Are Looking For2-5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or finance roles, ideally with a focus on controlling or financial management, preferably in SMEs, startups, or consulting firms.Proven track record in financial analysis, internal controls, and financial reporting.Strong expertise in Excel and accounting tools; experience with accounting software is a plus.Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.Experience in managing financial reports, budgeting, and forecastStrong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.Good knowledge of English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken.PlusFamiliarity with public funding or subsidies and their reporting requirements.Experience in internal audits and implementing financial controls.What We OfferFull-time permanent contractCompetitive salary based on experienceMeal vouchers worth 8 euros/dayA collaborative, purpose-driven culture where your ideas shape the future of workReal impact in a fast-growing startup that values people who strive to improve every day and build things they can be proud ofHybrid work environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
