LHH is supporting a company operating in the renewable energy sector in the search for a Senior Finance Manager.Responsibilities The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the following tasks: Management Control Prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts .Monitor variances between budget and actuals, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.Manage monthly reporting to management and the Group.Analyze operational and financial KPIs (EBITDA, CAPEX, ROI, LCOE).Support the development of business plans for new renewable energy projects.Financial Analysis Assess project profitability .Perform cash flow analysis and evaluate investment impacts.Collaborate with technical teams to estimate project costs and revenues.Project Finance Structure and analyze financial models for investment projects.Support negotiations of financing agreements with banks and investors.Evaluate funding mix scenarios and optimize leverage.Monitor covenants and compliance with financing contracts.Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/IAS).Prepare reports for stakeholders and investors .Liaise with auditors for periodic audits.Collaborate with Group Treasury for liquidity and cash flow management.Coordinate with the external accountant managing outsourced accounting.Strategic Support Provide analysis for make-or-buy decisions , partnerships, and M A.
