LHHLHH is supporting a company operating in the renewable energy sector in the search for a Senior Finance Manager.ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:Management ControlPrepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts .Monitor variances between budget and actuals, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions.Manage monthly reporting to management and the Group.Analyze operational and financial KPIs (EBITDA, CAPEX, ROI, LCOE).Support the development of business plans for new renewable energy projects.Financial AnalysisAssess project profitability .Perform cash flow analysis and evaluate investment impacts.Collaborate with technical teams to estimate project costs and revenues.Project FinanceStructure and analyze financial models for investment projects.Support negotiations of financing agreements with banks and investors.Evaluate funding mix scenarios and optimize leverage.Monitor covenants and compliance with financing contracts.Compliance and ReportingEnsure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/IAS).Prepare reports for stakeholders and investors .Liaise with auditors for periodic audits.Collaborate with Group Treasury for liquidity and cash flow management.Coordinate with the external accountant managing outsourced accounting.Strategic SupportProvide analysis for make-or-buy decisions , partnerships, and M&A.Contribute to strategies for cost optimization and operational efficiency .Your ProfileCandidates with the following requirements will be considered:Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.7+ years of experience in management control, preferably in the renewable energy sector .Knowledge of energy business models , regulatory dynamics, and project finance .Strong proficiency in Excel , ERP systems and BI tools.Fluent in English.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving and strategic thinking.Effective communication and team collaboration.City: MilanRAL: ******€#LI-DM1«I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. ********, D.lgs. ******** e D.lgs. ********, sono invitati a leggere l'informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. ********).L'offerta è rivolta a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto del D.lgs. ******** e della normativa vigente in materia di pari opportunità.
