Technical Support – Smart Home & Building Automation (Verona)Dovit byRISCO Group, provides an advanced all-in-one Smart Home & Building Automation platform.The system centralizes control of lighting, HVAC, energy, video, security, and home automation into one intuitive interface, used by installers, system integrators, and distributors across Europe.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Technical Support Specialist, with strong technical abilities and experience in smart home, electrical, or building automation systems.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyse customer requests and provide remote technical diagnosticsProgram and deploy smart home & building automation systems (remote and on-site)Deliver technical training for installers and system integratorsManage tickets and coordinate field actions when neededHandle RMA processes, analyse returned products, and report technical findingsProvide feedback from the field to improve products and servicesIdentify upsell opportunities for the sales teamRequirementsExperience in technical support, installation, or deployment in smart home, electrical, HVAC, security, CCTV, fire, or networking solutionsKnowledge of installation processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work methodically under pressureExperience delivering technical trainingExperience with BUS technologies (KNX, DALI, DMX, etc.)Familiarity with smart home or building automation environmentsGood command of Office toolsTeam player with a problem-solving mindsetSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSecurity and Investigations#J-*****-Ljbffr
