Grafton Engineering*è unteam dedicatoa valorizzare le esperienze, le competenze e il potenziale dei candidati in ambitoProgettazione, Logistica e Supply Chain, Production&Maintenance, Qualità - Sicurezza e Ambiente, Process & Project Management.Siamo un team di professionisti appassionati, lavoriamo per accompagnare i nostri candidati verso le mansioni ed i contesti aziendali più coerenti con le loro competenze e le loro aspettative.Per azienda cliente, operante nel settore aerospace, sto selezionando un/a:Industrial Process Engineer – Avionics Test Equipment and Electronics AssembliesDi cosa ti occuperai?· Analizzare il Technical Data Package (TDP) e fornire feedback strutturati alla Progettazione per migliorare producibilità e testabilità (DFM/DFT).· Eseguire studi Tempi & Metodi; definire routing/cicli e tempi standard; standardizzare il lavoro e creare fogli metodo.· Definire e industrializzare i processi produttivi (inclusi processi speciali) con istruzioni operative, piani di controllo e parametri di processo.· Eseguire analisi della capacità produttiva, bilanciamento linee e rimozione colli di bottiglia per centrare takt time e throughput.· Elaborare flow chart e Value Stream Map (VSM) per ottimizzare i flussi e ridurre gli sprechi.· Gestire e risolvere le Non Conformità; condurre RCA e azioni correttive; supportare deroghe/waiver.· Creare e mantenere in SAP cicli, centri di lavoro e dati master; supportare configurazione DB e modifiche tramite PLM.· Fornire supporto operativo in linea a produzione e collaudo; formare gli operatori; assicurare conformità ESD e HSE.· Applicare Lean Manufacturing (5S) e miglioramento continuo; monitorare KPI (es. OTD, MOT, MDR) e guidare piani correttivi.· Redigere documentazione tecnica: fogli metodo, istruzioni operative, report tecnici (ITA/ENG).· Garantire la conformità a norme e direttive applicabili.Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche?Laurea (triennale o magistrale) in Ingegneria Industriale, Meccanica, Elettronica o affine.Esperienza nella industrializzazione di prodotti avionici/elettronici o elettromeccanici in contesti regolamentati.• Ottima conoscenza ERP e concetti PLM (DB, cicli, master data, gestione modifiche).Competenza in Tempi & Metodi, analisi capacità, bilanciamento linee, VSM, SPC (Cp/Cpk), carte di controllo.Buona conoscenza di SAP; AutoCAD; OrCAD; MS Project; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Adobe Acrobat.Buona conoscenza dell'inglese; capacità di redigere documentazione tecnica bilingue.Offerta Contrattuale:· Assunzione a tempo indeterminatoLuogo di lavoro:Cisterna di Latina (LT)Se pensi di avere le competenze e l'attitudine per questo ruolo, inviaci la tua candidatura*Grafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spaautorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
