Gruppo Lactalis Italia, per la BU Castelli è alla ricerca di neolaureati in Ingegneria interessati ad intraprendere un percorso professionale di crescita e sviluppo all'interno dell'area Servizi Tecnici di uno stabilimento alimentare.Le risorse avranno l'opportunità di sviluppare competenze tecniche e manageriali operando nel campo della gestione, manutenzione e ottimizzazione degli impianti e delle utilities di stabilimento.Requisiti richiesti - Disponibilità alla mobilità geografica sul territorio nazionale ed internazionale (requisito indispensabile);- Laurea in discipline Ingegneristiche;- Forte interesse verso il mondo industriale, con particolare orientamento all'ambito ingegneristico;- Completano il profilo proattività, determinazione, intraprendenza, ottime doti relazionali e comunicative.E' previsto un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 12 mesi, a cui seguiranno ulteriori opportunità di sviluppo in base alle potenzialità espresse e ai risultati ottenuti.Per il primo anno l'Azienda supporterà la risorsa nella relocation.A completamento della candidatura è gradito l'invio di una lettera motivazionale.La ricerca è rivolta a candidature di entrambi i sessi (L. ******).Responsabilità:Nella fase iniziale le risorse saranno supportate da un tutor che le accompagnerà all'interno di un percorso ben specifico nella funzione.Durante il percorso si avrà la possibilità di approfondire la conoscenza dei 4 pilastri dei servizi tecnici: - Affidabilità e Manutenzione degli Impianti - Gestione delle Utilities (energia, acqua, aria compressa, ecc.) - Sicurezza e Conformità Normativa - Innovazione e Automazione TecnologicaLe attività, in supporto al responsabile, si articoleranno in: - Monitoraggio e analisi dei KPI tecnici finalizzati al miglioramento continuo delle performance degli impianti - Supporto nella gestione operativa delle attività di manutenzione programmata e straordinaria - Collaborazione con i responsabili di Sicurezza e Qualità per l'applicazione degli standard di riferimento (HACCP, ISO, BRC, IFS) - Partecipazione a progetti di innovazione e digitalizzazione dei processi tecnici (automazione, supervisione, tracciabilità) - Interfaccia con fornitori e tecnici esterni per la gestione di interventi specialisticiDisponibilità oraria: Full Time
