We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Operational Projects PMO Department.Reporting to the Team Lead Operational Projects you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective project management and leadership.Within this PMO Department you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of project areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives timelines resources and deliverables.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and success criteria.Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams aligning project goals with the organizations overall objectives.Oversee day-to-day project activities ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with the project plan.Monitor project progress and react as necessary to ensure successful completion.Build and lead cross-functional project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and executives to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals.Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Manage project budgets and resources efficiently ensuring optimal utilization.Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards.Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues.Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.Qualifications3 years of working experience in project managementExperience in leading cross-functional projects in an international environment.Degree or masters degree in technical or business / management studies.Project management certifications are a plus.Familiarity with the preparation of reports and presentations for management.Strategic mindset with a long-term vision.Eager to make an impact in a fast-growing organizational environment with a proactive attitude.Listening communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.Proficiency with MS-Office Jira or other PM tools.Fluent in English (B2 -C1).Willing to Travel.Additional InformationIf you decide to join us you will find an informal and positive atmosphere within a dynamic international environment.You will benefit from flexible working hours the possibility to work remotely and access to our on-site canteen helping you balance your career and personal life.Every day you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different nationalities enriching your professional journey.Remote Work:NoEmployment Type:Full-timeKey SkillsProject Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,ContractsExperience:yearsVacancy:1#J-*****-Ljbffr
