OverviewAngelo Po Grandi Cucine S.P.A. is part of the global industrial organization Marmon Holdings, backed by Berkshire Hathaway.We're committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone's empowered to be their best.We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Angelo Po.In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues—whether on-site or remote—and play a key part in keeping our infrastructure running smoothly.You'll troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical problems, while building strong relationships with users and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT support processes.ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure hardware and software (PCs, laptops, cameras, printers, readers, accessories)Perform regular maintenance checks and resolve technical issuesManage IT equipment inventory and reportingCollaborate with the global IT team to ensure alignment and supportMaintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvementSet up new users and manage access rightsEnsure device security (hardware and software)Manage and access the company's server room securelySupport internal compliance with IT standards and proceduresQualificationsFluent in Italian and proficient in English (able to communicate with global teams)Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)Passion for technology and eagerness to learnUnderstanding of Windows server environments, Active Directory, and network protocolsAdvanced knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Microsoft Office tools1-3 year experience in IT Support, preferably in a structured environmentWhy Join UsSupport from a global organization with local agilityLearn from experienced professionals and grow your careerBe part of a company that values character, creativity, courage and communityConnect with us on LinkedIn for our latest content and news: Marmon Foodservice Technologies EIMEAFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.#J-*****-Ljbffr
