Context:We are seeking a detail-oriented CRM Operations Specialist to own and optimize our lead management infrastructure within Hub Spot. Reporting to the CRM Admin, you will ensure our marketing and sales teams have the clean data, accurate tracking, and efficient automations they need to maximize pipeline conversion. Working closely with our Growth Marketing team, you will focus on improving productivity through automation optimization, data accuracy, and robust tracking methods.Key Responsibilities:Lead Lifecycle & Journey Automation • Design and maintain automated workflows including MQL scoring, lead routing, and nurture sequences in collaboration with Growth MarketingContinuously optimize automation efficiency to improve team productivity and reduce manual processesBuild and refine lead scoring models to accurately identify sales-ready prospectsEnsure seamless handover processes from marketing to sales teamsData Management & Segmentation Ops • Maintain lead database hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and data enrichmentImplement and optimize tracking methods to ensure accurate attribution and behavior dataCreate and manage audience segments to support Growth Marketing's demand generation campaignsEnsure CRM records accurately reflect lead status, source attribution, and engagement historyReporting & Sales Collaboration • Generate pipeline conversion reports and analyze lead velocity metricsPartner with Sales to align on SQL handoff criteria and optimize feedback loopsIdentify bottlenecks in the lead-to-opportunity process and recommend improvementsProvide actionable insights to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion ratesKey skills and requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 3 years in CRM management or marketing operations, with proven track record of improving pipeline conversion metricsHub Spot expertise: Proven experience with Hub Spot CRM, including workflows, lead scoring, lists, and reportingLead lifecycle ownership: Experience managing end-to-end lead lifecycle from acquisition through sales handoverB2 B software experience: Background in B2 B Saa S or software companies with understanding of complex sales cyclesAnalytical mindset: Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendationsAttention to detail: Meticulous approach to data quality and process documentationGDPR & data privacy: Understanding of EU data privacy regulations, consent management, and data retention best practicesCollaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teamsProfessional working proficiency in Italian languageProficient in English, both in written and verbal communicationNice to have:Hub Spot certifications (Marketing Software, CRM, or Revenue Operations)Experience with marketing automation integrations (Salesforce, Linked In, etc.)Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategiesFamiliarity with PLM, regulatory compliance, or Food & Beverage/Chemicals/Cosmetics industriesWhat can you expect from us?Opportunity to shape lead operations at a growing global Saa S companySpace and encouragement to suggest ideas and solutionsInternational and multicultural environmentInteresting internal growthSoft skill trainingInternal Academy which is enriched day by dayUnlimited Linked In Learning accountAmazing events from our Happiness CommitteeIf you recognize yourself in this offer, don't hesitate any longer and send us your applicationHow to applyApplications may be submitted via Linked In (please include your CV).A competitive market salary will be offered to the successful candidate.About Trace OneTrace One is a premier Saa S provider of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and compliance solutions, specializing in the food & beverage, cosmetics, personal care, and chemical industries.
