OverviewThe Impact Youll Make: Are you ready to grow in a dynamic, customer-oriented environment where your contribution makes a difference?Join Danfoss and become part of an innovative and collaborative team.Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months) to support our industrial customers, structured OEMs, and partners across the EMEA region.In this role, you will ensure that all customer needs are met, contributing to an excellent customer experience.What You'll Be DoingAnswer customer inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and order status, ensuring accurate and timely communication.Monitor the customer order book, proactively identifying and communicating potential issues or deviations.Drive customers to follow Danfoss order management standards and encourage accurate order forecasting.Lead discussions on product allocation or delivery escalations, coordinating with internal stakeholders to secure solutions.Support cash collection activities when requested by Credit Management.Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.Contribute to a proactive, high-quality customer service culture focused on continuous improvement and reliability.What We're Looking ForEducational background in Administration, Economics, or related fields.Experience in customer service roles, preferably within international and complex organizations.Knowledge of SAP (SD / MM) or similar CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is a plus.Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Attention to detail, proactivity, ability to multitask, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Strong customer orientation and ability to ensure an excellent service experience.Positive attitude towards changes in procedures, systems, and processes, with willingness to adopt and support their implementation.Excellent written and spoken English and Italian skills.Ready to Make a Difference?If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from youApply now to start the conversation and learn more about where your career can go with us.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected category.Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification.Our solutions are used in such areas as refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, power conversion, motor control, industrial machinery, automotive, marine, and off- and on-highway equipment.We also provide solutions for renewable energy, such as solar and wind power, as well as district-energy infrastructure for cities.Our innovative engineering dates back to ****.Danfoss is family-owned, employing more than ****** people, serving customers in more than 100 countries through a global footprint of 95 factories.#J-*****-Ljbffr
