Nestled in the heart of Milan's fashion district, the hotel offers an unparalleled blend of comfort and style, featuring refined dining, a serene spa, and bespoke service tailored to each guest's needs.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the Director of Finance in supervising the hotel's daily accounting and financial activities.Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual closing of accounts and financial reports.Collaborate with operational departments to monitor costs, analyze performance, and support budgeting processes.Guarantee compliance with internal control procedures and group audit standards.Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).Supervise, coach, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Perfil do CandidatoRequirementsDegree in Economics, Finance, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or a structured corporate environment.Strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles, closing procedures, and financial controlling.Proficiency with leading hotel management and accounting systems, including Opera, Symphony, ERP 365 Dynamics.Excellent analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Strong leadership, confidentiality, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-standard environment.ContactoClique aqui para responder a este anúncio.ENVIAR CANDIDATURA
