From Ukraine to Europe:Nova Post Europe is already operating in 16 countries and continues to grow every day.Our team is united by a shared drive to move forward, achieve results, and unlock new opportunities together.We are looking for people who want to create more — to build a large-scale European project born in Ukraine.Now we are looking for a Country Manager for Nova Post Italy — a leader ready to drive our development and growth on the Italian market.Requirements:Fluency in Italian (minimum level B2) for effective business communication and negotiations.At least 5 years of experience in managerial positions in sales management, customer service, marketing, or e-commerce.Proven experience in developing strategies, building sales departments, and expanding into new markets.Successful track record in negotiating with key clients and partners.Strong knowledge of the local market, competitive landscape, and business environment in Italy.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the company reaches break-even point and achieves its strategic goals in finance, speed, quality, service, and growth.Implement new company products and technologies that meet market requirements.Enforce and maintain corporate standards across all processes.Ensure compliance with local legislation and business regulations in Italy.Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in the market.We Offer:Official employment in Italy with full social guarantees, including paid vacation, sick leave, and business travel coverage.An exciting role in an international company with opportunities for career growth.A friendly and supportive work environment that values initiative and teamwork.If you have the required skills and experience, we would be happy to receive your CV.JoinNova Post Europeand help us make everyday life better — together
