Job ResponsibilitiesCapture new business opportunities to drive growthDevelop new customers and improve relationships with existing customersAlign the annual sales targets with customers and monitor performance month over monthNegotiate pricing, contract terms, credit lines, and ensure timely account receivable collectionsEnsure 100% customer satisfaction across pre-sales support, order fulfillment, payment collection, and after-sale serviceIncrease revenues, profitability, and cash flow according to established KPIsSupport marketing activities and communication to enhance brand imageMonitor competitors' pricing, NPIs, and strategiesCollaborate actively with Head office teams to receive support and provide feedback on front-line informationTravel regularly to visit existing and potential clients in the regionRequirementsBachelor's or master's degree in business, electrical, power, or related fieldsGood understanding of the distribution PV marketAt least 3 years of B2B sales experience in PV or renewable energy industryExperience working for multinational companies with a global mindsetProven track record of successfully achieving sales targetsPV technical background is a plusPositive, self-driven, diligent, with a can-do attitude and team spiritStrong negotiation and communication skills; ability to influence clients from procurement to C-suite levelsFast learner with street-smart skillsOther RequirementsProficiency in both written and spoken English and the local languageAbility to travel regularly and on short notice, domestically and internationally#J-*****-Ljbffr
