**Opportunità**

Questa è un’interessante opportunità per entrare in una importante realtà del settore machinery della provincia di Trento.

**Responsabilità**

La risorsa verrà inserita a diretto riporto del Sales Director, e avrà la responsabilità di curare l’ottimizzazione di tutti gli aspetti post vendita dei macchinari.

Le attività che lo vedranno coinvolto e di cui sarà direttamente responsabile saranno:

- Gestire eventuali reclami, resi, non conformità, risoluzione problematiche riscontrate dal cliente sul macchinario, con relative azioni correttive da intraprendere e da trasmettere verso la produzione e l’officina interna
- Pianificare le manutenzioni effettuate presso il cliente al fine di risolvere eventuali problematiche riscontrate, coordinando l’hub di gestione delle manutenzioni da remoto e i tecnici adibiti alle riparazioni dei macchinari presso il cliente
- Implementare e promuovere un sistema after sales mirato alla promozione di pacchetti di ricambistica di manutenzione programmata garantita al cliente, al fine di potenziare il business del post vendita e di fidelizzare il cliente
- Svolgere tali attività in ottica di massimizzazione delle marginalità e profittabilità e di creazione di un reparto after sales proattivo verso i clienti e il mercato

**Competenze**
- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5-7 anni nel ruolo di After Sales Manager / Customer Service Manager in realtà metalmeccaniche, preferibilmente dell’ambito machinery
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

E’ richiesta la disponibilità ad effettuare brevi trasferte mensili presso i clienti, in Italia e all’estero.

Ottime doti organizzative, spirito analitico, precisione, forte orientamento all’obiettivo e alla soddisfazione del cliente, resistenza allo stress e capacità di interfacciarsi e di gestire clienti in ottica di sviluppo commerciale sono le caratteristiche che completano idealmente il profilo di cui siamo alla ricerca.
