Pre-Sales Representative Italian Speaker (Remote)Please send your CV in EnglishApplication Deadline:November 14, ****Training Start Date:November 16, ****About TalentWorldGroupAt TalentWorldGroup, we think globally and strive for excellence.As a pioneering multilingual contact center, we are redefining remote work by building the workplace of the future.We offer flexible, long-term opportunities for professionals who are passionate about service and innovation.About the RoleWe are looking for aItalian-speaking Pre-Sales Representativeto join our international team on a project in the hospitality industry.This freelance, part-time position focuses onpre-qualifying leads, managing databases, and contacting potential partnersin the vacation rental sector.It is ideal for professionals who enjoy client outreach, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in structured, goal-oriented environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPrequalify leads and assess fit based on specific criteria.Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up.Manage client-provided databases accurately and efficiently.Conduct outbound calls to property owners to explore vacation rental opportunities.Encourage registrations on the clients platform.Candidate ProfileProfessional Italian with excellent communication skills.Confident in conducting phone conversations (both warm and cold calls).Experience in lead qualification or pre-sales is an advantage.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM/database tools.Goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.Strong time management and collaboration abilities.Specific Skills NeededStrong Communication & Persuasion:Ability to engage property owners, handle objections, and build rapport.Cold Calling & Sales Experience:Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales.Lead Prequalification & Qualification:Skill in assessing interest and ensuring leads meet client criteria.CRM & Database Management:Comfortable updating and tracking outreach data accurately.Goal-Oriented & Independent:Ability to meet KPIs and contribute to conversion targets.Active Listening & Problem-Solving:Understand client needs and effectively position the platform as a valuable solution.Multitasking & Organization:Manage calls, follow-ups, and lead handovers efficiently.Project TasksConduct cold calls to property owners to introduce the clients platform and assess their interest in listing vacation rentals.Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.Forward qualified leads to the Sales Manager for further follow-up and conversion.Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations with homeowners to understand their needs.Participate in monthly meetings to review performance, KPIs, and improvement strategies.Work Schedule (CET Time Zone)Total:20 hours per weekShift Timings:Monday to Friday:Morning 10:30 AM to 12:30 PMMonday to Thursday:Afternoon 4:00 PM to 6:30 PMTechnical RequirementsStable broadband internet connection (LAN required).Desktop or laptop with Windows 11+ or macOS 13+.Minimum specifications: 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space.Wired USB headset.What We Offer100% remote freelance opportunity.Long-term project with an hourly rate of 9 Euros, and continuous training and growth potential.Flexible schedule within defined working hours.Opportunity to work in a diverse and international environment.
