About the roleENCO is a well-established consultancy and trusted partner in EU-funded research and innovation projects, renowned for its expertise in the strategic design and implementation of communication, dissemination, and exploitation strategies aimed at ensuring the sustainability of project results.In view of staff expansion, ENCO is currently seeking oneExploitation and Innovation Managerto be involved in the implementation of our Horizon Europe R&I projects.The selected individual will be tasked with crafting strategic and quantitative analyses on industry value chains, market trends, and end-user requirements; devising business models and plans; and formulating go-to-market strategies for the innovative solutions developed within the assigned projects.Working with companies, universities, and research centres from all over Europe, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to swiftly grasp and elaborate on complex information, comprehend the needs of projects and consortia, lead the formulation of post-project strategies, and translate them into effective business models and plans.ResponsibilitiesDevising exploitation strategies and plansWriting project deliverables and reportsMonitoring trends and advancements in relevant markets to align exploitation strategies with industry developmentsDefining go-to-market strategies and replication models; identifying potential exploitation opportunities within project outcomes and resultsDeveloping business models and plansEstablishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of exploitation activitiesTracking the implementation and adoption of exploitation strategies and adjusting plans based on feedback and resultsManaging intellectual property rights (IPR) to ensure compliance and maximise commercial potentialQualificationsProven experience in market analysis, strategy, and business modellingExperience in writing deliverables and reportsConfidence and ability to deliver presentations to project partners in the context of General Assembly meetings and review meetings with European Commission representatives2–5 years of experience in market research, business plan development, and exploitation activities within EU-funded projectsMaster's degree in economics, social sciences, or an equivalent fieldFluency in Italian and English (minimum C1)Familiarity with the Horizon Europe programme is mandatoryDesired soft skillsCollaboration and teamworkStrong communication skillsFlexibility and adaptability to changes in the project contextOrganisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, manage deliverables, and prioritise tasksCritical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solvingAttention to detail, independent learning, and entrepreneurial thinkingWhat we offerInternational working environment, with the possibility of travelling across the EUWork location: Milan, Naples, and remote (to be agreed)Competitive salary: €*************, based on the candidate's experienceContract: Permanent#J-*****-Ljbffr
