Retail Application & Integration Specialist Join to apply for the Retail Application & Integration Specialist role at DILS srl.We are seeking a highly qualified professional to support the evolution and integration of our retail application landscape — including POS, CRM, ERP and e-commerce — ensuring process continuity and full alignment across all business channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse business requirements in collaboration with Retail, CRM, Digital and Finance stakeholders.Design and implement integrations with ERP, WMS and CRM systems.Manage APIs, Web Services (SOAP/WSDL) and ESB platforms.Coordinate activities with external vendors and internal technical teams.Conduct UAT testing, prepare technical documentation and oversee performance monitoring.Ensure adherence to IT security standards and corporate policies.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields.Knowledge of POS solutions (e.g., Oracle XStore), ERP platforms (SAP, Stealth), CRM and e-commerce systems.Experience with BI tools (QlikView, Qlik Sense, Board) and ETL technologies.Solid understanding of integration architectures (API, middleware, EDI) and SQL.Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Start Date: January ****Contract: To be defined based on experience — freelance/contract (P.IVA collaboration)Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeContractJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
