We're a global creative agency, with more than **** people in 19 offices around the world, 150+ here in our Milan's office.We deliver world-class creative campaigns and strategies based on social insights, for best-in-class brands.At We Are Social we believe that teamwork and respect for everyone's contribution can lead to great results.We believe that flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes by taking advantage of opportunities is a fundamental characteristic for achieving success.And we also believe that always looking for new challenges and going beyond what is due is the right attitude to always do better.The successful candidate will join the Media Team, which is responsible for the strategic planning and management of advertising campaigns across all major digital touchpoints: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Google.The goal is to achieve specific client objectives, ranging from brand awareness to conversion.We are seeking a Media Intern to support the Media department in executing media plans through the creation and optimization of campaigns on the main digital channels.Responsibilities- Support the operational management of paid social campaigns and reporting.- Daily monitoring of performance and KPIs, including updating reports and budget control.- Estimate and analyze the results of media campaigns.- Collaborate with the Senior Media Manager on client consulting, strategic planning, and the implementation of paid activities.- Contribute to defining and activating paid strategies and campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.- Ongoing campaign management, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met.- Analyze results against objectives and identify optimization opportunities to be shared with the Media Manager.Requirements- Genuine passion and interest in the world of paid media tout court (i.e., across the board).- Good knowledge of the main social media platforms and ad formats.- Analytical and strategic mindset, capable of combining creative thinking with the identification of trends and opportunities.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiarity with VBA is a plus).- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.Prior experience in similar or equivalent roles within creative or media agencies.Benefits- Career Path Design: Quarterly discussions and annual evaluations to assess your professional growth within We Are Social.- WAS Passport: Opportunity to work for two weeks per year in all offices of our global network.- Bottom Up & Top Down professional training.- Mental Health and Diversity & Inclusion activities.- Smart working up to two days per week.We Are Social is an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.We promote the inclusion and work integration of people belonging to protected categories - as regulated by Law *****.This job opportunity is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Laws ******.
