Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics.Your role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Social Media Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Social Media Team, reporting to the Social Media Manager.Such talent will be responsible for various tasks including day-to-day social media activities, English copywriting across our platforms, coordination with franchise partners and new markets, supervision and approval of local Social Media plans, monitoring, reporting, and benchmark analysis, as well as assistance with Social Customer Care and Community Management.In particular, you will:Supporting day-to-day social media marketing activities (copywriting, music research, UGC and benchmark monitoring)Assisting with content creation, including video filming and editing for TikTok and IG StoriesSupporting the development of creative briefs for content and social media special projectsHelping coordinate activities and daily requests across local and franchising marketsWork together with the team to develop innovative and engaging Social Media contentUse Social Media insights and other analytical tools to generate performance reports for other departmentsWhat you will need to succeedNative English Speaker or at a Native Speaker LevelA Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related fieldGood knowledge of Social Media platforms & their analytics (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube & Pinterest)Previous experience with copywriting activities could be considered as a plusPassionate about beautyWe would love if you hadA solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work accurately at a fast paceAbility to work effectively with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and creativeHighly collaborative style with a willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
