- Fondo di Private Equity, operante nel segmento MidCap.- 5-8 anni di esperienza in PE o Investment Banking (M&A)AziendaFondo di Private Equity, operante nel segmento MidCapOffertaOrigination & Deal ExecutionSupportare attivamente le attività di origination (networking con advisor, imprenditori, banche d'affari).Analizzare nuove opportunità di investimento (buy-out, growth capital, minority/majority).Coordinare e gestire le fasi di due diligence (finanziaria, commerciale, legale, fiscale).Sviluppare modelli finanziari complessi (LBO, sensitivities, scenari).Preparare investment memo e presentazioni per Investment Committee.Portfolio Management & Value CreationMonitorare le performance delle società in portafoglio (KPI, covenant, budget).Supportare i Partner nel dialogo con il management delle partecipate.Contribuire a iniziative di value creation (M&A add-on, efficienza operativa, crescita commerciale).Partecipare alle strategie di exit (trade sale, secondary, IPO).Governance & Reporting- Supporto alle attività di reporting verso investitori (LPs).- Interazione con advisor esterni, banche finanziatrici e consulenti strategici.Competenze ed esperienzaLaurea magistrale in Economia, Finanza, Ingegneria Gestionale o discipline affini.MBA o master finanziari considerati un plus.5-8 anni di esperienza in Private Equity, Investment Banking (M&A), Corporate Finance o Transaction Services.Track record su operazioni di investimento e/o M&A.Esperienza diretta in modellazione finanziaria e analisi di operazioni leveraged.Eccellente padronanza di financial modeling e valuation.Conoscenza approfondita di strutture di deal PE e LBO.Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint.Completa l'offertaContratto a tempo indeterminato.Retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza pregressaBonus#J-*****-Ljbffr
