Join to apply for thePartner Technical Manager, Italy Splunkrole atCisco .Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Enablement & Business Planning: Lead technical enablement for assigned partners, crafting and executing a Technical Account Plan that aligns with partner needs and Splunk's Partner+ program.Evangelize Splunk Solutions: Drive excitement for Splunk's new use cases and solutions, ensuring partners build technical capabilities and expand business with Splunk.Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key stakeholders within Splunk and partner organizations.Coordinate resources effectively to ensure the right support is available at the right time, fostering advocacy for Splunk within partner organizations.Technical Sales Support: Provide technical support to partners, including training, pre-sales support, and ensuring proper engagement with Splunk resources for timely delivery.Solution Delivery & Advocacy: Collaborate with partners to deliver successful engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction and a clear demonstration of Splunk's value.Present joint solutions to customers, both onsite and remotely, at events such as conferences and trade shows.Advocate for the voice of the partner within Splunk, ensuring their concerns and feedback are heard.Qualifications5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or partner management, with a strong understanding of working with Global SIs, VAR and MSPs.Ideally first hands-on experience in Security and/or Observability.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical and business value to diverse audiences.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive partner success.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Diverse educational backgrounds are welcome.Fluent Italian & English, both written and spoken.Additional background in Big Data, Machine Learning, APM, IoT, Operational Intelligence is a plus.Why Cisco?At Cisco, we're revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.We've been innovating fearlessly for 40 years to create solutions that power how humans and technology work together across the physical and digital worlds.These solutions provide customers with unparalleled security, visibility, and insights across the entire digital footprint.Fueled by the depth and breadth of our technology, we experiment and create meaningful solutions.Add to that our worldwide network of doers and experts, and you'll see that the opportunities to grow and build are limitless.We work as a team, collaborating with empathy to make really big things happen on a global scale.Because our solutions are everywhere, our impact is everywhere.We are Cisco, and our power starts with you.#J-*****-Ljbffr
