Join Henry Schein as a District Sales Manager I in San Antiono, TX.The Brasseler DSM I is responsible for achieving gross profit and sales targets for their geographical area, building market share and building the Brasseler brand name in the marketplace.Daily work encompasses delivering the Brasseler value proposition to customers to gain orders of Company products across segments including dental offices, laboratories, schools, Government facilities, institutions and other key customer segments.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve Gross Profit Target for Territory through sales achievementPresent, promote and sell products using Brasseler value proposition to existing and prospective customers.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Utilize CRM system to manage sales funnelReach out to customer leads through cold calling.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Continuously improve through feedback.Work ExperienceAt least 2 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record of sales performancePreferred EducationBachelor's degree requiredKnowledge, Skills & CompetenciesBasic computer knowledge required with understanding of Outlook, Excel, and Word.Travel / Physical DemandsTravel typically required.Job demands may require long periods of driving.Salary and BenefitsThe posted range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.Benefits available include Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, 401K Plan with Company Match, Generous Time Off, Paid Parental Leave, Income Protection, Work Life Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Accounts, Educational Benefits, Worldwide Scholarship Program and Volunteer Opportunities.Henry Schein is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, disability that can be reasonably accommodated without undue hardship, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, citizenship, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
