Company Description INNOVO is an engineering, construction, and equipment rental company serving the oil and gas, renewables, and marine industries globally.Innovo provides custom-designed and rental products such as jack-up systems, modular pontoons, and cable laying equipment.Our team of in-house specialists brings over 20 years of experience in naval and subsea engineering.Innovo is known for pushing the boundaries of technology to offer products that save clients money and reduce lead and deployment times compared to standard equipment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Draftsman located in Montegrotto Terme (Padova, Italy).The Technical Draftsman will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans according to specifications provided by engineers and project managers.Daily tasks include drafting detailed schematics using CAD software, reviewing designs with engineers for accuracy, and maintaining records of drawings and revisions.The draftsman will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure all technical drawings meet project requirements and standards.Qualifications- Proficiency in CAD software, such as Inventor / AutoCAD / SolidWorks- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and technical documents- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and reviewing designs- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project managers- Proficiency in English Language
