We are looking for an Associate Partner or Partner with a proven experience in business development within the Life Sciences industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering measurable impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.At Porsche Consulting, we offer the ideal platform for your next career move.With a presence across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, we inspire leading companies with innovative ideas, strategic vision, and pragmatic solutions.As trusted advisors, we support our clients in transforming their businesses and shaping the future.In your role you'll have the chance to:Drive Strategic Growth : Play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Life Sciences sector by identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities with pharmaceutical, biotech, and med-tech companies.Collaborate with Industry Experts : Work with a team of experiences consultants and subject matter experts to co-create innovative strategies and scalable solutions.Develop Client Relationships : Build and nurture long-term client relationships at the executive level, becoming a trusted advisor.Mentor and Lead Teams : Guide and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.Key QualificationsEducational Background : Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.A PhD or MBA would be preferred.Industry Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record in delivering growth projects within the Life Science industry.Experience in Industrial Life Science and Med Tech would be preferred.Language Skills : Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.Proficiency in German is considered a strong asset.Communication Excellence : Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.Entrepreneurial Drive : Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, change, and value creation.Leadership Experience : Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and collaboration.Cultural Fit : Resilient, adaptable with a visionary outlook and a hands-on approach to solving client challenges.This role requires a high degree of travel flexibility .A strong commitment to being present where our clients need us most is essential to building trusted relationships and delivering impactful results.#J-*****-Ljbffr
