Per conto di una delle principali piattaforme di consulenza a livello globale, attiva con una practice Strategy fortemente posizionata sul mercato, siamo alla ricerca di un/una Partner - Life Sciences Strategy & Operations.La società, pur essendo molto solida e riconosciuta, non presidia oggi in modo strutturato il settore Life Sciences, considerato strategico per la crescita futura.L'inserimento risponde quindi all'esigenza di costruire da zero e guidare il vertical Life Sciences, con un mandato chiaro e un elevato grado di autonomia.La figura selezionata entrerà con un ruolo pivot all'interno della practice Strategy e avrà la responsabilità di:Sviluppare e guidare la practice Life Sciences, definendone posizionamento, offerta e priorità strategiche;Generare e sviluppare business, costruendo relazioni di valore con clienti nuovi ed esistenti nel settore Life Sciences (pharma, biotech, medtech, healthcare private);Guidare progettualità complesse in ambito strategy e/o operations, a seconda del background del profilo;Costruire e far crescere il team, assumendo un ruolo di leadership e mentoring;Contribuire allo sviluppo del business case del vertical e al dialogo diretto con il top management della società.Solida esperienza in società di consulenza strategica o direzionale;Background nel settore Life Sciences, con esposizione a progetti strategy e/o operations su clienti privati;Seniority indicativa: *****+ anni di esperienza, inclusi ruoli di leadership (Associate Partner, MD o Partner);Forte orientamento allo sviluppo del business e approccio imprenditoriale;Capacità di guidare team e costruire strutture in contesti in crescita;Eccellenti capacità relazionali, di comunicazione e di gestione di stakeholder senior;Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o discipline affini; inglese fluente.#J-*****-Ljbffr
