IT Manager – Digital Architecture and OperationsThe IT Manager – Digital Architecture and Operations will lead the design and delivery of advanced digital solutions enabling digital processes, connected vehicles, connected engines, digital marketing platforms, and data & AI ecosystems.This role requires deep operations, cloud-native and solution architecture expertise, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure architectures across cloud and data platforms.The IT Manager will orchestrate technical streams while being supported by Infrastructure and Security teams, ensuring compliance, resilience, and operational excellence.The position combines technical leadership with strategic responsibilities in vendor management, budget governance, and innovation, driving initiatives that prioritize customer focus, quality everywhere, and continuous upskilling.ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement and runsolution architecturesfor digital platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and future scalability.Lead technical design and operations forAWS, Azure, and Databricks environments, optimizing performance, security, and cost.Collaborate withInfrastructure and Security teamsto ensure robust foundations and compliance with security and governance frameworks.Establishobservability and monitoring strategiesfor proactive system health management.Managebudget planning and financial control, ensuring cost efficiency and transparency.Overseevendor relationships, contracts, and performance to guarantee delivery quality.Translate business requirements into technical actions, roadmaps and actionable solutions.Ensure integration ofdata platforms, AI services, and connected product ecosystems.Drive innovation and continuous improvement, fostering adoption of emerging technologies.Provide clear and actionableproject and architecture reportingto senior management.Experience and Qualifications10+ years in IT roles, with at least 5 years insolution architecture, operations and technical leadership.Proven experience incloud architecture(AWS, Azure) anddata platforms(Databricks).Strong background inenterprise integration, observability, and monitoring frameworks.Experience managing digital products and systems, connected products, digital marketing ecosystems.Demonstrated ability to managebudgets and vendor ecosystemseffectively.Required Knowledge and SkillsMaster degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Languages:English – written and spokenItalian – written and spokenExpert knowledge ofcloud technologies(AWS, Azure) anddata engineering platforms.Solid understanding ofsolution architecture principles, integration patterns, and security best practices.Familiarity withDevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.Strong financial acumen forbudget planning and cost optimization.Certifications such asAWS Solutions Architect,Azure Architect,PMP®, orScrum Master®are a plus.Key Behaviours and CompetenciesCustomer-focused mindsetwith a commitment to delivering value and quality.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ability to fosterinnovation and continuous learningwithin the team.Skilled in managing complexity and driving results under tight deadlines.Collaborative approach to working with multi-national, cross-functional teams.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesManufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
