Venice in Peril Fund: Part-Time Operations Manager We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our office and support our team in achieving the charity's mission.This is a part-time role that spans various responsibilities, including administration, financial management, and event coordination.Job Description About Us Venice in Peril Fund is dedicated to the conservation of Venice's art and architecture.As a charity, we play a crucial role in raising awareness and funds to address the challenges facing this unique city.We believe in making a tangible difference, and we are looking for someone who shares this passion for our mission.About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of our office and support our team in achieving the charity's mission.This is a part-time role that spans various responsibilities, including administration, financial management, event coordination, and supporter relations.Why Work for Us?Flexible, part-time working hours ****** hours per week, depending on your preference).Opportunity to contribute to a globally significant cause and make a tangible impact.Annual leave and pension contributions (pro rata).Central London office location with occasional opportunities to work remotely.Location: Venice in Peril Fund CIO, 75 Cowcross Street, London EC1M 6EL Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per annum (pro rata, based on 3/4 days per week) Job Requirements Skills and Experience A strong interest in Venice and its cultural heritage, with a good understanding of the city's art and architecture scenes.Proven experience in operations management, office administration, or a similar role (charity or non-profit experience is a plus).Exceptional organisational skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with databases (Beacon experience is an advantage).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.Knowledge of charity governance and fundraising practices.An understanding of the heritage and cultural sectors in the UK and Italy.Job Responsibilities Operational Management: Manage London office operations and technology Support team and volunteers Administer Membership database (GDPR compliance) Produce Annual Report Events/Communications: Manage website, social media, communications Coordinate newsletters and promotional materials Support events planning and execution Assist with Venice Patron Trip logistics Governance: Ensure regulatory compliance Develop heritage partnerships Write proposals and sponsor reviews #J-*****-Ljbffr
