Per conto di un fondo di Private Equity attivo nel segmento mid-market, siamo alla ricerca di un Investment Manager da inserire nel team di investimento.Il fondo ha una presenza consolidata sul mercato italiano e un approccio operativo e orientato alla creazione di valore, con focus su aziende a elevato potenziale di crescita.Principali responsabilità:Gestione dellintero ciclo di investimento: origination, due diligence, strutturazione, negoziazione e chiusura.Analisi e valutazione di opportunità di investimento in collaborazione con il team.Costruzione di modelli finanziari, analisi di bilancio e business plan, valutazioni e analisi settoriali.Coordinamento delle attività di due diligence con advisor esterni.Supporto attivo alle partecipate nella fase post-investimento, affiancando il management nelle iniziative di sviluppo e creazione di valore.Predisposizione dei materiali per il comitato investimenti e supporto al processo decisionale interno.Requisiti:5-8 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in contesti di Private Equity, Investment Banking o Consulenza Strategica.Esperienza diretta in operazioni di M&A e forte capacità analitica.Conoscenza approfondita del mercato italiano e dellecosistema delle PMI.Attitudine imprenditoriale, proattività e capacità di lavorare in autonomia.Ottima padronanza dellitaliano e dellinglese, sia parlato che scritto.Location: Milano#J-*****-Ljbffr
