SYSTRA is one of the world's leading engineering and consultancy groups specialising in public transport and sustainable mobility.With over 10,300 employees, SYSTRA's mission is to design safe and sustainable transport solutions to bring people together, develop social inclusion and facilitate access to employment, education and leisure throughout the world.For 65 years, the Group has been working alongside cities and regions to contribute to their development by creating, improving and modernising their infrastructure and transport systems, throughout the life cycle of their projects.SYSTRA is involved from the earliest stages of design through to the testing, deployment and maintenance phases.The company provides all its services in over 80 countries worldwide and generates 74% of its turnover internationally.With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.ContextSYSTRA SPAis looking for a BID Specialist to join and strengthen our BID Team.Joining SYSTRA means working in a dynamic and highly stimulating environment characterized by excellence in quality standards.You will be part of a team where interdisciplinarity and the international scope of projects are at the core of our daily operations.Missions/Main DutiesThe candidate will join the BID Team and, working closely with the BID Office Manager, will provide strategic and operational support in managing national and international tenders.Profile/SkillsKey Responsibilities:Tender Documentation: Preparing and organizing documents for public and private bids.Tender Analysis: Reviewing tender specifications and preparing internal summaries.Coordination: Liaising with internal technical departments and external partners to gather administrative and technical data.Document Management: Controlling and archiving all tender-related files according to company standards.Digital Bidding: Uploading documents to e-procurement platforms and client portals.Mandatory Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.Basic knowledge of the Public Procurement Code (Codice Appalti) and tender procedures.Experience with major e-procurement platforms.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in engineering or infrastructure sectors.Master's Degree in STEM fields.Good working knowledge of English (knowledge of French is a plus).Soft Skills:Proactivity and motivation.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.#J-*****-Ljbffr
