Who we areSibill is the accounting and financial operating system for small and medium businesses (SMBs).Outdated tools and fragmented data waste entrepreneurs a lot of hours each week — we give this time back by integrating invoicing, payments, treasury, and accounting in one modern platform.We're backed by top international investors such as Keen Venture Partners (Fiscozen), Founders A/S (Pleo), Exor Ventures (Qonto, Alan), Notion Capital, and most recently Creandum, known for supporting Klarna and Spotify at early stages.Thousands of entrepreneurs already trust Sibill.Our goal?Reach millions.This is just the beginning.Description and ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of Sibill's Tech team and act as the go-to person for all things IT.Your mission will be to ensure that our colleagues have the right tools, hardware and support to work efficiently and securely.In particular, you will:Provide IT support to internal teams, ensuring smooth operation of our hardware and software ecosystem.Manage hardware and software orders with external suppliers.Handle provisioning and de-provisioning of accounts across all internal tools (Google Workspace, Jira, and more).Take care of employee onboarding and offboarding, making sure new joiners are fully equipped and leavers are securely offboarded.Monitor and troubleshoot issues across OS (macOS, Windows, Linux, Android) and hardware (PCs and Apple devices).RequirementsPrevious experience in IT support / helpdesk role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Jira.Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting macOS, Windows, Linux, Android.Familiarity with hardware management (PCs, Apple devices).Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude and ability to prioritize.Team player with excellent communication skills (Italian and English).Be able to commute to our office in Milan at least twice a week.Comp & BenefitsCompetitive salary, with a RAL in the range of *****K €, depending on experience.Lunch voucher (8€/business day).Welfare budget to spend on our dedicated benefit platform.You will work within a team of smart, passionate and nice human beings.People in Sibill tend to be very happy.Happiness is an underrated benefit ;-)Recruiting process30-minute call with Gaia, from HR.30-minute interview with hiring manager45-minute technical interview30-minute video interview with one of our Co-Founders.By applying, you consent to Sibill's processing of your personal data for recruitment and hiring purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at:
