Per azienda cliente, multinazionale del settore Energy con sede a Firenze, siamo alla ricerca di un/a: Lead Mechanical Engineer Responsabilità: Principali attività - Collaborare con i team di ingegneria di progetto, assistenza sul campo e commissioning per garantire la coerenza con i requisiti tecnici e il rispetto delle tempistiche stabilite.- Offrire supporto tecnico, sia in loco che da remoto, per i sistemi meccanici e ausiliari durante le fasi di installazione e messa in servizio.- Identificare e risolvere problematiche di natura meccanica relative a pompe, impianti di tubazioni, sistemi HVAC, sistemi di lubrificazione e tenuta, oltre ad altri sistemi ausiliari.- Sviluppo di strategie per migliorare i processi di manutenzione e installazione, con particolare attenzione alla personalizzazione delle soluzioni per impianti industriali.- Progettazione di strumenti e attrezzature per la manutenzione, garantendo pratiche di installazione sicure ed efficienti.Requisiti • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o esperienza consolidata in ambiti affini (in particolare su attività di manutenzione/troubleshooting) • Capacità comprovata di guidare team tecnici multidisciplinari, motivandoli al raggiungimento di risultati di eccellenza tecnica.• Esperienza nell uso di software CAD e strumenti di simulazione o analisi strutturale (es.
