This is a project-based role, activated based on the needs of new initiatives, offering flexibility and opportunities for ongoing collaboration.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and scopeLead project initiation and planning, verifying technical feasibilityDevelop detailed plans to monitor and track progressManage relationships with clients and stakeholdersMeasure performance using project management toolsConduct risk management analyses to mitigate risksReport and escalate issues to senior management when necessaryCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationBachelor's degree in Management or Management Information Systems5-7 years of experience as a project administrator or equivalent roleProficiency with project management toolsPMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plusExcellent client-facing skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational abilities, including attention to detail and multitaskingGood knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)Spanish knowledge (B1 level) optionalWhat We OfferInternational and stimulating work environment.Professional growth opportunities and involvement in strategic projects.The chance to actively contribute to the management and improvement of the company's financial processes.Giunti Psychometrics is an equal opportunity employer.
