Beko Europe is a leading home appliances business, dedicated to changing the lives of our customers through a wide range of innovative and sustainable household products and solutions.It was established in **** as a result of an agreement between Arçelik and Whirlpool, with Arçelik owning 75 percent of the company and Whirlpool owning 25 percent.It benefits from more than 60 years of leadership, innovation and expertise in the home appliance sector.You will support key European markets, ensure the effective deployment of Washing projects, and contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the category.The role acts as a bridge between Headquarters, Regional teams, and Local markets, enabling strong project execution and business performance.Market Support & Commercial ExecutionServe as primary point of contact for assigned clusters, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needsProject Deployment & Portfolio DefinitionWork with HQ teams to master the new project scopes and cascade deployment requirements to marketsDevelop business cases in line with project maturity and consolidate market inputsEnsure market requirements for B2B/B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plansCommercial Strategy & Range ManagementOrganize and lead annual Range Review meetings with assigned markets, aligning on next-year assortments and project integrationProvide commercial guidance to optimize the product offer across channels and trade partnersPrepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management, synthesizing insights from markets, projects, and category performanceHighlight key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to strengthen decision-makingBachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field~3+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis or similar roles~ Fluent English and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointUnderstanding of commercial dynamics, pricing logic, and portfolio managementAll applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, sex, colour, national or social origin, ethnicity, religion, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status or political opinion.For more information about us look ator follow us on LinkedIn.
