Senior HR Business Partner Italy For a multinational company, F&B sector, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner Italy to act as a trusted advisor to leaders and Primos, supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle andhelping build an inclusive, high-performing culture.Key Responsibilities- Partner with line and business managers, providing day-to-day HR support, coaching and guidance on performance, development, employee relations and team effectiveness.- Deliver HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and HR plans.- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with employment legislation.- Collaborate with HR and business teams to deliver a responsive, forward-thinking HR service.- Support payroll activities through accurate monthly inputs to the Shared Service Center (BES).- Contribute to talent, succession and development processes aligned with business priorities.- Support compensation, engagement and culture-building initiatives.- Assist organizational change programs, onboarding and recruitment processes.- Manage HR administration, documentation, audits, vendors and data accuracy.Skills & Experience- 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.- High attention to detail, sound judgment and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong analytical capabilities.- Fluent English.Personal Qualities- Strong ability to create a sense of belonging and engagement.- High self-awareness and people agility.- Results-driven, adaptable and comfortable navigating change.
