Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Reporting Specialist to support the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability function within the Grid Integration business unit.This role is essential for ensuring accurate data collection, insightful analysis, and impactful reporting that drives performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & Quality AssuranceCollect, validate, and maintain HSE and sustainability data from global operations.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal and external standards.Collaborate with regional teams to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures.Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and trends.Support regulatory and customer reporting requirements.System & Tool OptimizationAdminister and improve data platforms (e.g., Intelex, Power BI, PowerApp, Excel-based tools).Work with IT and global teams to enhance reporting automation and usability.Stakeholder CollaborationLiaise with HSE, Sustainability, Finance, and Operations teams to align data needs.Provide training and support to regional users on data entry and reporting tools.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve reporting accuracy.Stay updated on evolving reporting standards and best practices.Strategic Insights & BenchmarkingConducting trend analysis and root cause reviews.Benchmarking performance against peers and standards.Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or analytics in HSE/Sustainability.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and enterprise reporting systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with ESG and HSE reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, ISO).Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.You may request reasonable accommodations by completing a general inquiry form on our website.Please include your contact information and specific details about your required accommodation to support you during the job application process.This is solely for job seekers with disabilities requiring accessibility assistance or an accommodation in the job application process.Messages left for other purposes will not receive a response.#J-*****-Ljbffr
