Job ID: ******* | Amazon Web Services, Inc.AWS is seeking a Startups GenAI Operations Manager to join our Global Startups GenAI Ops team.The team supports Global GenAI Startups Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Go-To-Market Business Development teams and is responsible for creating and maintaining all mechanisms and projects that scale the GenAI team globally in a rapid-growth environment.grout Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic insights and recommendations based on in-depth analysis of sales coverage, total addressable market, customer segmentation, and other key areas.Lead time-sensitive executive responses and conduct comprehensive data analyses to inform leadership decisions.Oversee strategic, cross-functional initiatives including go-to-market motions, organizational design, incentive compensation modeling, and resource deployment.Drive operational planning processes and lead executive response efforts.Work directly with models/data, analyze large datasets, and utilize technical tools requiredouth for escribió analysis.Collaborate with AWS Sales, Solutions Architecture, Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Recruiting, Compensation, Services, and other Operations teams to execute responsibilities.Deliver clear communication of complex analytical results, both written and verbal, in an easy-to-understand manner.Basic Qualifications5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, passes Bios gl Sales Strategy, Finance, Business Development, or related fields.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, ?????? economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Understanding of start-ups, venture capital firms, or the start-up ecosystem.Preferred QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presentingExposure to senior management.Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include working safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhering to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicating effectively and respectfully; and following all federal, state, and local laws and company policies.Criminal history may impact some of the material job duties.Pursuant to the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Same applies to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $120,500 per year in our lowest geographic market to $199,300 per year in our highest geographic market, with potential equity, sign-on payments, and other components as part of a total compensation package.#J-*****-Ljbffr
