Overview Join ARAG S.r.l. – A Global Leader in Precision Farming Solutions.ARAG S.r.l. designs, manufactures, and supplies advanced components and systems for crop spraying, weed control, and crop protection, serving the Precision Farming sector.With a strong foundation in research, technological innovation, sustainability, and a people-centric approach, ARAG has become one of the leading global players in agricultural technology.Founded in **** in Rubiera (Reggio Emilia), ARAG is part of Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN), serving as its Precision Agriculture Division (PAG).You'll join a fast-growing, internationally recognized organization committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.The RoleAs a Customer Service Associate, you will be part of the EMEA Customer Service team, where you will be responsible for managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer requests.Your contribution will be essential to ensuring a positive and smooth experience throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial relationships with assigned foreign customers.Collaborate with company departments (production, administration, logistics, and shipping, quality control) to meet customer requests.Support the Sales team in the operational management of customers.Participate in the organization and management of internal and external company events.Enter and monitor customer orders.Manage after-sales activities: resolving issues related to shipping, products, complaints, returns, and warranties.Ensure proper administrative management and maintaining commercial relationships.Independent management of shipments: contacting carriers, preparing documentation (packing lists, customs clearance, non-EEC shipments), invoicing.Payment reminders.First-level technical support to customers in collaboration with the technical team.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a similar customer service or order management role.Education: Master's degree in foreign Languages, preferably with a specialization in economics or business.Languages: Fluency in English and German is essential.Knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools.Excellent team collaboration and communication abilities.Strong customer focus and results orientation.Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.What We OfferWe offer a stimulating environment where innovation, collaboration and professional growth go hand in hand.Here, you'll enjoy the stability of a global leader while working in an innovative company that is constantly evolving to meet the challenges of sustainable farming.Interested?If you're ready to be part of a passionate and inclusive team that's redefining the future of precision agriculture, apply online with your CV — and grow with us at Nordson Precision Agriculture.#J-*****-Ljbffr
