Assistant to the General Manager (Bar Supervisor)YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Bartender Supervisor — better known as our Square Deputy — the right hand of our General Manager.YellowSquare isn't just a hostel chain: it's a growing network of social spaces in Rome, Milan, Florence, and Athens, where travelers and locals connect, exchange ideas, and create unforgettable experiences.What we offer:CCNL Turismo – 3rd level: starting from €24,000 gross annual salary, plus a bonus up to €1,200;Initial 6-month fixed-term contract, full-time (40 h/week), with a flexible schedule Mon–Sun;Performance-based incentives;Paid vacations and days off;YellowCredits and employee discounts;Training, development, and career growth opportunities.What you'll be doing:Supporting the Square Manager across all departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;Serving as a daily point of reference for the team — ensuring clear tasks, positive energy, and smooth operations;Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the Square vibe alive;Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows;Assisting with admin tasks, reporting, inventory, and local compliance.What you should have:5+ years of experience in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;Strong reception/front-desk exposure, working closely with check-ins, guest flow, and service coordination;Solid F&B and bartending proficiency (drink preparation, speed & quality, service standards, hygiene);Strong team coordination and communication skills;Fluency in English and Italian (other languages are a plus);A people-first mindset, staying calm and solution-oriented under pressure;Confidence with digital tools, booking/PMS systems, and hospitality tech;Previous hostel experience is a plus.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves guiding teams, and wants to make a real impact on the daily life of a creative hospitality space.If you're ready to take the next step in your career and be part of an international team shaping the future of YellowSquare — we want to hear from you.Apply today and join the YellowSquare Milan team#J-*****-Ljbffr
