Zentiva is a pharmaceutical company specializing in the production of high-quality and affordable medicines.With a global team of over 4,800 people and a network of manufacturing sites in Prague, Bucharest, and Ankleshwar, we are committed every day to ensuring access to safe, high-quality, and affordable healthcare for millions of people.Step into a high-impact role within our Commercial Excellence team, a newly shaped and fast-evolving function which works across the company.You'll be part of a company that operates across OTC, Hospital, Prescription, and Generics markets , offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a broad healthcare impact.With a diverse mix of expertise and responsibilities, this team is at the forefront of driving strategic decisions, execution excellence, and market innovation.For our Milan office, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Excellence Business Partner .In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance Supply and Business Development and be a strategic consultant to the local Leadership Team.You will unlock market opportunities, shape strategic frameworks, and elevate launch and execution performance.You will also play a key role in Sales Excellence , supporting the optimization of field force effectiveness and commercial impact, driving cultural change towards a data-driven approach.This role requires the ability to navigate and integrate Commercial Excellence strategies across distinct business models (OTC, Prescription, Hospital and Generics).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport accurate forecasting, scenario planning, and market opportunity assessments to inform financial planning and strategic choices.Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, empowering data-driven decisions that shape clear business directionDrive data-driven strategic discussions, connecting diverse datasets (sales, patient flows, distribution, etc.) to generate actionable insights.Own Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) operations, including KPI monitoring, territory design, and call plan optimization.Design, implement and continuously optimize the commercial Go-to-Market model, including territory alignment, customer segmentation, and multi-channel strategy to maximize commercial impact and ensure effective resource deploymentContribute to the design and implementation of sales force incentive schemes and manage the continuous evolution of CRM platforms (Veeva / OCE) from an SFE user perspective.Enhance business processes such as segmentation and Account Planning through insightful analysis and continuous improvement.Ensure alignment between strategic planning and field execution, driving the deployment of commercial tacticsQualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry.Solid understanding of prescription medicine and familiarity with pharmaceutical market data sources.Strong analytical capabilities, with experience in forecasting, business modeling, and data interpretation.Skills & AttributesStrong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools like Power BI.Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems (e.g. Veeva and OCE).Experience in SFE activities and incentive design.Strong planning and project management capabilities.A mindset that is curious, innovative, and solution-oriented.Business acumen and a proactive, can-do attitude.Ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders to achieve shared goals without direct control.Expert at distilling quantitative insights into practical takeaways for diverse audiences, from executives to non-technical stakeholdersBasic knowledge of AI and interest in exploring its applications is a plus.Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.Joining Zentiva means contributing to a solid and growing organization with a strong focus on quality, healthcare accessibility, and innovation.If you are looking for a challenging environment where you can make a tangible impact, you might be the person we are looking for.Send us your application and become part of the Zentiva teamZentiva places Sustainability at the heart of its corporate strategy.Our Group is committed to becoming carbon neutral for Scope 1 and 2 by **** and implements a program to reduce its carbon footprint every year.All Zentiva's European manufacturing sites are powered by renewable energy.All information and data provided will be processed in compliance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection pursuant to the European Regulation ********** ("GDPR").We invite candidates to review our privacy notice available at the following link : .#J-*****-Ljbffr
