Join to apply for theHR Business Partnerrole atRome Business School.Grupo Planeta is the first Spanish publishing and communication group, owned by a family, that leads a broad offering in the service of culture, education, information and audiovisual entertainment, with presence in more than 20 countries, connecting with 25 million people each day.All the professionals and companies of Grupo Planeta share principles based on people, ethics, quality and excellence in the work.Grupo Planeta is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in Rome, Italy.The role combines full HR management with compliance to Italian labour regulations in an international environment.Location:Rome, Italy (On-site).Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Legal ComplianceAnticipate legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.Maintain personnel files, GDPR consents, and mandatory postings.Advise leaders on disciplinary procedures, contracts, and working-time arrangements.Health, Safety & Well-beingMonitor medical examinations and safety training.Promote employee well-being initiatives.Compensation & PayrollLiaise with external payroll providers to ensure data accuracy.Ensure compliance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).Recruitment & Employer BrandingPartner with managers to define hiring needs and manage recruitment cycles.Guarantee a consistent candidate experience aligned with Rome Business School and PFU standards.OnboardingCoordinate contracts, tax/social-security registration (INPS/INAIL).Deliver structured induction programmes and onboarding initiatives.Performance & DevelopmentSupport goal-setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.Coordinate training and development plans.Engagement & OffboardingConduct exit interviews and analyse turnover.Manage severance (TFR) and Certificato Unico handover.What We OfferA dynamic and purpose-driven team within Grupo Planeta.Competitive salary, performance bonus, and health insurance.Opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.RequisitosEducation: Bachelor's degree in Law or Labor Relations.Experience: At least 5 years as HR Generalist or HRBP in Italy, with full employee life-cycle ownership.Legislative ExpertiseStrong knowledge of Italian labour law.Familiarity with CCNL negotiations.Expertise in Categorie Protette (Law *******).Languages: Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1).Spanish is a strong plus.Soft SkillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Business acumen and ability to anticipate legal/employee-relations risks.Influencing and coaching skills to support and challenge leaders.Highly ValuedExperience managing immigration procedures (permits, work visas).Knowledge of compensation analytics or accounting basics.Previous experience in an international academic or service-sector environment.At Grupo Planeta, we are an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to evaluating all applications fairly based on skills, achievements, and experience, regardless of race, nationality, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other classification protected by law.#RomeBusinessSchoolSeniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:Human ResourcesIndustries:Technology, Information and Media#J-*****-Ljbffr
