Il Gruppo Cotril è una realtà 100% Made in Italy, in costante sviluppo e con una visione internazionale sempre più marcata.Specializzati nello sviluppo di prodotti haircare di alta gamma, rappresentiamo oggi un punto di riferimento nel panorama professionale della cura dei capelli.Da player di riferimento del mondo haircare nazionale abbiamo costruito un percorso di crescita costante, portando nel mondo i valori di qualità, innovazione, lusso e sostenibilità.Un'evoluzione che guarda al futuro con ambizione, anche attraverso nuove acquisizioni e opportunità di sviluppo strategico.Chi cerchiamo:Siamo alla ricerca ricerca di un/a figura Education Coordinator & Operations da inserire nel team Education, con un ruolo operativo e di coordinamento delle attività formative.Responsabilità principali:Coordinamento operativo dei corsi di formazione (corsi tecnici sul territorio, corsi in academy, eventi education);Gestione calendari formativi, iscrizioni e comunicazioni con partecipanti e formatori;Supporto organizzativo e logistico per eventi, corsi in academy e corsi tecnici (preparazione aule, controllo e mantenimento decoro degli spazi, attività di accoglienza);Preparazione e aggiornamento del materiale didattico;Collaborazione con i team Marketing e Commerciale per le attività education;Espletamento delle procedure al fine di ottemperare alle formalità derivanti dalla certificazione di qualità (raccolta valutazioni e feedback circa il gradimento delle attività formative): Schede di valutazione (formatori, corsi, organizzazione); Statistiche di gradimento.Competenze e Qualifiche Richieste:Esperienza in ruoli di coordinamento, operations o education;Ottime capacità organizzative e di problem solving;Interesse per il settore cosmetico/haircare;Precisione, affidabilità e attitudine al lavoro in team;Esperienza nel settore cosmetico professionale;Conoscenza della lingua inglese;Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali.Contratto di lavoro:Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminatoCompenso da valutare in base alle competenze e dell'esperienzaPossibilità smart working 1 gg a settimanaITALIA – Bollate (MI)Inviare le candidature all'indirizzo e-mail:Le persone interessate possono inviare la propria candidatura con autorizzazione ai sensi del dlgs.********.La ricerca rispetta il d.lgs.******** ed è aperta a candidat* di qualsiasi orientamento o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, età, etnia e credo religioso.#J-*****-Ljbffr
