We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to join our Scarosso team in Milan and support the implementation and daily management of our internal planning systems.This internship will be a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational workflows, product data structure, supplier coordination, and planning tools within one of The Level Group's owned brand. Also, a successful internship may lead to long-term collaboration and growth within the team.What you'll doProduct Data & System ManagementSupport the implementation and maintenance of our MRP system, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper setup and usageCreate, maintain and update product master data and product sheets, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standardsEnter and manage purchase orders, monitoring status and ensuring correct documentationPerform ongoing system maintenance activities, including updates, data corrections, and new item setupOperations SupportFollow up daily with production teams and suppliers to monitor order progress and ensure on-time deliverySupport the purchase workflow (tracking, filing, and managing documentation), and assist with inbound logisticsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth information flowWhat we're looking forAcademic background in Economics, Business, or Data-related fields is preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingAdvanced proficiency in MS ExcelPrevious experience or familiarity with ERP/planning systems is a plusFluent in Italian and EnglishStrong organizational and communication skillsProactive mindset, willingness to learn, and team spiritInterest in the luxury and fashion industryWhat we offer6-months internship (with monthly compensation) as a big start for you in the e-commerce & fashion industryBenefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, staff discounts on TLG brands, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offersLearning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience within TLG, with learning on the job and ad hoc sessions during the internshipBe part of the young (31 on avg.) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople group and work in a dynamic and fast-moving environmentPlease, consider we will accept application until beginning of January.
