Collections Manager (Business)Revolut is a digital banking platform that offers a wide range of financial services to customers worldwide.With more than 65 million customers, we continuously innovate to help people control, grow and enjoy their money every day.About The RoleThe Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth.We manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences, and deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.We are looking for a Collections Manager to build out our in-country processes and procedures, and keep track of the team's continued performance as products launch.What You'll Be DoingLeading the build of a compliant, effective debt collections processEnsuring our collections process is efficient and compliant with all applicable laws and regulationsOwning and managing the end-to-end debt collections process for retail credit portfoliosOptimising in-house and outsourced collection capability with best-in-class contact and cure rates by using the latest technology, analytics, and strategic payment programmesDocumenting policies, processes, and procedures for debt collection and recoveriesDeveloping, managing, and refining collection strategies to optimise recoveriesContinuously improving collection processes, metrics, and toolsOverseeing and selecting debt collection agencies (DCAs) to ensure SLA adherenceWhat You'll Need2+ years experience in debt collection and recoveries in a retail bank, fintech, or DCAExperience creating and documenting collections processesA great understanding of debt portfolio management, debt sales, and debt restructuringGood knowledge of business lending, trade finance, invoice discounting, and factoringKnowledge of local debt collection laws and regulationsPerformance and relationship management skills with third-party service providersA highly analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsCuriosity and drive to identify and implement improvements to automate wherever possibleRevolut is an equal-opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, or disability status.#J-*****-Ljbffr
