For a leading international company, we are looking for anINTERNATIONAL REWARD MANAGERwho reports to Head Of Reward.The role holder will establish a deep understanding of business challenges and provide guidance on the application of reward policies and processes for the international part of their remit.Ideally you will have experience in Total Reward Frameworks, Employee Benefits including Share plans, Job Sizing, Market pricing & Benchmarking and Performance Related Reward in an international context.What you'll do:Develop a deep, trusted relationship with the senior leadership teams and HR business partners for the Countries that you support.Understand the reward challenges and opportunities that exist now and will exist in the future.Provide technical reward expertise (i.e. internal and external benchmarking analysis) for all day to day reward operations.Provide proactive analysis on all aspects of reward to the People Operations & Reward Director and business leaders.Responsible for delivering all cyclical and ad hoc reward projects.For year end align with one of our key functions to support leaders through the salary review, bonus and general year end Reward processes.Provide expert advice on all elements of reward to the People Operations & Reward Director and business leadersProvide analysis on compensation, bonus, equity, recognition awards, ensure fairness and equity is at the core of all awards for the Countries you are responsible for.Responsible for completion of all salary benchmarking survey submissions and the development of internal reward structures.Develop a robust governance structure for all reward processes in the Countries you are responsible for.Educate the wider HR team and business leaders on reward principals, governance, policy and processes.Accountable for the effective communication of all reward offers and activities to employeesCollaborate with the wider HR and Reward team (HR Operations / Payroll / HRBPs/ Group Reward etc.)Contribute to reward transformation projects in the business providing knowledge and expertise to ensure successful and smooth delivery.A senior reward professional with 4+ years of experience in complex, matrixed, and international organizations.Experience of taking care of multi-jurisdiction and multi-currencies reward challengesIn depth knowledge of current Reward trendsExpertise in job evaluation, grading and the development of pay and bonus rangesAdvanced analytical capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to deliver training and education seminars for internal Reward topicsAbility to work independently and drive tasks from conception to completionStrong numeric abilityDemonstrated success in designing and delivering total reward programs across geographies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and good knowledge of FrenchLocation: Milan/Rome
