Project Contract Administrator

We are looking for a Project Contract Administrator to join our Business Unit Transmission, which provides state-of-the-art solutions for High Voltage Underground and Submarine cable links in some of the world's most challenging environments.The Contract Manager will support the organization and project team in managing all contractual aspects with customers, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging the contracts lifecycle during project execution and warranty phases, including but not limited to : review and draft of amendments, contractual documents, renewal of contracts;Providing guidance and interpretation of contractual clauses and requirements;Support and champion the change management process.This includes drafting and reviewing change orders, claims, back charges and penalties, defence of incoming claims vis-a-vis customers, subcontractors and key vendors;Safeguarding contractual obligations including tracking and timely issuance of notifications, monitoring of milestones in cooperation with the project team;Focal point for promoting awareness on contracts provisions.Prepare initial contract review, organise contract induction meetings, issue reports, interpretations and assessments on contracts;Cooperation and liaison with corporate functions, e.g. finance, legal, compliance, IP on specific matters and possible disputes;Monitoring, drafting and reviewing all contractual correspondence between Prysmian and its customers as well as between joint venture and consortium partners and subcontractors / vendors;Verifying, in conjunction with dedicated departments, that all insurances and guarantees required by the contracts and subcontracts are in place and maintained;Assisting purchasing department in the negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and vendors.Implement back-to-back subcontracts;Contributing to Project "close-out" activities with clients, partners, subcontractors, and major vendors ensuring all required certificates are duly issued / received e.g. milestone completion certificates, handover certificate, acceptance certificate.The activities described here are not exhaustive, the role may involve additional responsibilities as assigned, considering workload and business needs.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum requirements :Law DegreeKnowledge of EPC contractsKnowledge of cable or energy industry preferredWillingness to travelMinimum experience :Minimum 2 years PQE as a Contract Manager or Portfolio Contract Manager.Proven experience in contract preparation, negotiation, and amendments .Background in creating and negotiating international subcontracts with back-to-back implementation.Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in technical environments.What we offer you :Permanent ContractHybrid working model- 8 days a monthFlexible working hoursTicket Restaurants - 9 Euros a dayHealth InsuranceCompany support on public transportationAnnual Bonus and Share base plansCollaborative environmentDynamic and Respectful WorkplaceOur selection process :ApplicationHR interviewHiring Manager interviewsOnline assessment (30min)Clickhere to get all the tips to be fully prepared :If you're excited about the role and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment with challenging projects which drive impact for a sustainable future, we encourage you to apply Deep dive into Prysmian and check the below insightful links :Discover more positions globally :Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.If you believe you require assistance to complete this form or to participate in an interview, please let us know.#J-*****-Ljbffr
